good for canon eos 1000d too
I agree with everyone else who has been pleased with this bag. I wanted a bag for the canon eos 1000d with the 18-55 kit lens and the bag is a great fit. There is also room in the pockets for a few bits and pieces as others mention. Good quality and value.
perfect for the job
I got an eos 1000d kit for xmas with standard lens and this bag is made for the job. The canon fits like a glove.
If you have a canon with standard lens then buy with confidence. Also well done amazon, came before delivery date.
Nice - but not big enough 
I returned this bag as it was just not big enough for my Canon 450d plus 17 - 85 lens. Got the zoom 1 instead which is slightly too large but much better.

Nikon D40 Compact case sorted.....
Just great for a Nikon D40 with the standard 'kit' lens fitted.
Just wrap the neck strap around the lens before slipping into this case and the job is a 'gud un'
