This is a great coffee machine. It is fantastic that it operates a bean to cup system - no more fiddling with emptying the coffee after each cup. The coffee has a lovely crema and tastes great and the machine has lasted really well. We did have to have it repaired once, but it then carried on for ages after. On the downside, the cleaning and descaling programmes are slightly fiddly and I still always have to get the instructions out to do it - but you don't need to do them that often. Overall and excellent machine.
