Good beginners guide.
In general, this is a great place to start to learn what ApEx (formerly HTML-DB) is capable of, and how to get started creating some applications.
However, I personally have found that the advanced topics that I have been looking for have not been covered in this book.
No book can cover everything, and I think this one does a very good job of teaching people what ApEx is capable of, but I would not recommend it for an advanced reference book.
